⮚Products ship in TEN BUSINESS DAYS after your order is placed. This is an estimate based on normal volume.
⮚All items are individually MADE TO ORDER. We try to keep stock of all materials, but do not have completed items on hand. This means we fill items on a first come, first serve basis.

🟊🟊🟊🟊🟊 RUSH charges allow us to PAY our workers for overtime, purchase EXTRA materials, TAKE additional trips to the Post Office, and UPGRADE your order to PRIORITY mail to give it the BEST chance of arriving on time. 🟊🟊🟊🟊🟊
⮚If your item is lost or delayed by the Post Office we cannot be responsible since it is out of our hands, but please contact us if there are any problems with a RECEIVED order. We are happy to fix or replace any items with errors on our part.
🔶 CHECK size and color charts CAREFULLY. You have 48 hours after placing your order to make changes to size, color, font etc or let us know of an address change.
🔶 Because our items are custom and handmade, we DO NOT accept cancelations for any reason.
🔶 PERSONALIZED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED under any circumstances.
🔶 Returns ARE accepted on NON-CUSTOMIZED (color and design changes) NON-PERSONALIZED items. If you asked for color or designs changes you are not eligible for a return. There is a $5 restocking fee and any shipping charges you paid will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, unwashed and unworn.
🔶Refunds will not be issued for color or font discrepancies. While we do our best to show accurate color and font choices in photos, we cannot guarantee that it looks identical on your computer/phone. If you’d like to see a digital mock up of your desired font to see how the letters will look we would be happy to do that.
🔶 Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with your purchase. You have 48hrs after receiving your item to let us know of any errors on our part.
🔶 If WE have made an error or your item is defective (prior to washing), we will have you mail back your item after seeing photos and replace OR repair it promptly. If the item cannot be replaced, you may be eligible for a refund.
