Returns & Shipping Policies

Every item is made to order which reduces energy and waste but also comes with a few disclaimers:

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS:

-Personalized Items: -Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable but please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any manufacturer defects or personalization error so we can make appropriate corrections. Photos are required for proof of error.

-Clearance Items (anything marked as “CLEARANCE”).

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies:  

- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME, so please review your order carefully. You have 48 hours from time of purchase to let us know of any change to your order - size, color, font or personalization typos. Some changes may incur an upcharge. Upcharges not paid for will not be honored.

- Please type your personalization as you wish it to appear, we will make no adjustments to your personalization. We are not responsible for errors on your part.

- Returns are accepted on non-customized, non-personalized items. If you requested a change from what is originally pictured you are not eligible for a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges for a return. Items must be returned in new, unwashed condition.

- Refunds will not be issued for color discrepancies. While we do our best to show accurate color and font choices in photos, we cannot guarantee that it looks identical to your computer/device screen.

- Please note: some fonts are case sensitive. Refunds will not be issued for font discrepancies. We have curated a fun collection of fonts you won't find anywhere else! A lot of our fun, quirky, and handwritten fonts have bouncy lettering, different heights of letters, and upper/lower case combinations. Some fonts are only upper case, and some script fonts feature letter styles that are different from a block font. While we would eventually like to have a full font previewing system, we don’t have that at this time. If you need to see your font choice, we can send you a screenshot preview of your name in 2-3 fonts IF REQUESTED. We do not send mockups unless asked for, and refunds will not be issued based on font. 

 - Items will be embroidered in the color you selected. We are not responsible for personalization not showing based on your color choice. 

- Minor substitutions to the exact fabric shown in photos may be made at our discretion due to availability. We will contact you with any major stock issues.

 - Please select your size carefully from the drop down menu. Photo will not change based on your selection. We offer size charts with graphics for your convenience as well as measurements for the items that we sell. 

- Our duffel and tote bags come with a 60-day non-breakage guarantee from the day of delivery to you. We offer 90 days from Black Friday non-breakage guarantee to allow for Christmas gift-giving. Please provide photo evidence of breakage and we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

 - Our handmade reusable and quilted bags come with a 6 month non-breakage guarantee. Photo of damage required. “Cosmetic damage” such as stains, discolorations, normal wear and tear do not make the product eligible for a replacement and do not fall under our non-breakage guarantee.
