What is HMTO?

HMTO stands for Hand Made To Order

Hand Made To Order means we take and make each order individually after you order it, so each item is unique and hand crafted just for you! Most of our products are hand assembled from scratch, and a few are blanks with designs added. Either way we do the entire process in our studio.

Where are you products made?

Right here in the USA! Our studio currently resides in Fauquier County Virginia, where we make and ship each item.

How long does production usually take?

We are current shipping items 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Please exclude weekends and all USPS recognized holidays. Updated 2/3/2021

What if I want to change or edit my order?

Once we begin production we can not change an item as each item is made to order.  If you realize you made a mistake in your personalization (typo etc) please email us within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number and best way to contact you.  We will do our best to correct it for you. If you don't hear back from us, please check your spam folder! We typically respond to emails very quickly.

How do we calculate current production times?

Production time is based on volume and can vary depending on the season. Back to School and Christmas is our busiest season. We fill orders on a first come, first serve basis, and always work hard to stay within our estimates. 

Do you offer rush charges?

 Yes we do! Any available rush options will be shown at checkout. The rush fee  covers an overtime fee, as well as faster shipping method. Delivery dates are always estimates.
